Step 1
Bring a saucepan of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta. When the pasta is fully cooked, add the zoodles and greens for 30 seconds, but no more (learn from my mistakes). Scoop out about half a cup of cooking water and set aside.
Step 2
Drain the pasta and vegetables and return to the saucepan. Add the hummus, a squeeze of orange, salt, pepper, and a little splash of the cooking water.
Step 3
Toss everything together until combined and well coated with hummus and serve.
